Welcome, I'm Kamila Schneltser, a registered psychotherapist based in Melbourne, Australia.
I specialise in supporting women through various life transitions, focusing on areas such as women's health, grief, trauma, and the unique experiences of expats and immigrants.

My approach is integrative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices to create a safe and nurturing space for healing. I offer therapy sessions in both Swedish and English, available online and in-person in Melbourne.

I believe in the power of connection and the importance of feeling seen and heard. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey toward self-discovery and well-being.
