Welcome, I'm Kamila Schneltser, a registered psychotherapist based in Melbourne, Australia.
I specialise in supporting women through various life transitions, focusing on areas such as women's health, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and the unique experiences of expats and immigrants.

My approach is integrative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices to create a safe and nurturing space for healing. I offer therapy sessions in both Swedish and English, available online and in-person in Melbourne.

I believe in the power of connection and the importance of feeling seen and heard. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey toward self-discovery and well-being.
